Barbara Adolph works on smallholder farming systems in sub-Saharan Africa, with a focus on agricultural innovation, agricultural knowledge systems and understanding and managing trade-offs and synergies between food security and environmental objectives.

Tim Chancellor is an ecologist with a background in sustainable pest and disease management in tropical agro-ecosystems. He has an interest in aquatic invertebrates and has experience in capacity strengthening and institutional partnership development. He is a member of the British Ecological Society and the British Dragonfly Society.

John Linton has worked extensively in fisheries management and policy issues in many countries across the world. He has wide experience in business management, including planning, income generation, and commercial strategy.
